KiTES (Kids Kidney Transplants for Economically Challenged by Sponsorship) was inaugurated in Tiruchi to expand access to pediatric kidney transplantation in Tamil Nadu. The initiative was launched with the support of Balakrishnan V IPS, IGP – Central Zone, and Dr Janakiraman of Royal Pearl Hospitals, with City Hospital, Tiruchi, hosting the programme and supporting the mission to make life-saving transplants accessible to children in need.
